Virtual Assistant Rates
Currently, I am only accepting work for one time projects or 5 hours or less per month. One time projects require a 50% deposit unless otherwise indicated.
One Time Projects or Sporadic Work
This is not a long term contract and will require a deposit/down payment of 50% plus expenses cost, if any. The rate is $25.00 per hour billed to the quarter hour OR may be a flat rate or a per page, per word rate depending on the project with a $25.00 minimum. Some projects, such as blog setup and design, require complete payment up front.

- Paypal (heather@theathomesecretary.com)
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- Company Check (no personal checks please)**
* If paying by company check where a deposit is required, work will not begin until a deposit has been made and cleared my bank. Clients with returned checks will incur a $35.00 bounce check fee for each time the check attempted to process. Two bounced checks result in cessation of services and only accepting credit cards or PayPal transfers to pay outstanding balance and fees. |
