Often times companies prefer to move to a "paperless" system. I can help you begin the process and then keep up with it. In addition to straight editing into image format, I also offer OCR services with or without editing. Also, sometimes things happen to make you lose the electronic versions of your documents. I can take hard copies and recreate your electronic copies for you!

Document Scan/Recovery Formats

Documents can be scanned to the following image formats:

TXT, RTF, PDF, HTML, JPG, TIF, BMP, PNG, DOC, XLS, DOCX, XLSX, PPT, and more. Inquire if you don't see yours listed.

Document Scan/Recovery Pricing

Straight scanning to PDF or image file with no editing is $2.50 for the first page of the current batch, $1.00 per page afterward.

Scanning including OCR is $5.00 for the first page of the current batch, $2.00 per page afterward.

Scanning including OCR and heavy formatting (columns, text boxes, images, borders, lots of bold, underline, etc.) is $8.50 for the first page of the current batch, $2.75 per page afterward.

There is a 10 page minimum charge for any of these services.
